Claims Web-based Training

MSB’s training services help you maximize your investment in MSB’s claims estimating technology. By utilizing MSB’s Web-based option, you can realize the benefits of personal, instructor-led training wherever you or your staff is located. 

In fact, MSB’s Web-based sessions are growing in popularity. All sessions are hosted through GoToMeeting®, a leading, secure collaboration technology that works seamlessly with your company’s existing security and firewalls and requires no configuration on your end to access. The host-run feature of a GoToMeeting training session gives clients the ability to interact with the MSB instructor and other training participants for a fuller learning experience.  As with MSB’s On-Site and Public Workshop training sessions, you learn from professionals who are true experts in MSB claims technology. You will maximize your claim estimating and management effectiveness and efficiency while streamlining your claim-handling process. Web-based training sessions are ideal for between 6 to 10 participants (the minimum session size is 3), and they are designed for a wide range of participants, from independent appraisers and restoration contractors to adjustment firms and insurers.
