1. Install IntegriClaim on your desktop or laptop.
   
2. Then, call Customer Service at 888.337.9665 or 903.596.7018 and press 2.

Customer Service Hours

Monday–Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Central Time)

Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Central Time)
