Claims Catastrophe Support

When disaster strikes, MSB’s Catastrophe Team helps you get your claims operation online quickly. We'll install and registerour IntegriClaim™ field-estimating software for your staff and additional adjusters needed to handle catastrophe claims. MSB’s catastrophe support helps you manage the surge in activity in the aftermath of a catastrophe by providing:

• On-site training classes and adjuster support
• On-site, company-specific service and support
• Extended technical support hours as warranted

Weekdays: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST
Weekends: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST

Help desk call lines are busiest between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. CST.

Storm Database

Special releases of MSB’s Total Component Cost Database™ will be accessible on the MSB Web site after catastrophe losses exceed $25 million and labor and material costs fluctuate by more than 2%.

You can begin by writing estimates at any time using your current version of the Total Component Cost Database.  After you import the newest catastrophe database into IntegriClaim, you can easily update estimates with storm pricing without having to reenter data.

It is important that CAT adjusters access the most current releases to update their databases in order to use the most accurate pricing for those areas affected by the surge and by any increases in labor or overhead costs.

Because the CAT database is now an entire updated Total Component Cost Database, plan on download time of 8 minutes with a high speed line. Dial in and wireless users could experience a download time of several hours, so we highly recommend wi-fi services to our adjuster clients.
