High Value Homes

By using RCT High Value™, you will ensure adequate insurance to value, increase customer satisfaction, and gain a better understanding of the high-value homes you insure.

RCT High Value goes far beyond the capabilities of any tool to develop accurate, risk-specific reconstruction costs for high-value homes. It uses MSB’s RCT High Value database, a comprehensive database of thousands of details pertaining to high-end finishes and materials, specialized construction methods, complex interior designs, and other custom features.  Powerful Knowledge Tables tap into the database and pre-populate editable material defaults based on location, “vintage” or year of construction, and the size of the home, localized to the ZIP or postal code in which homes are located.

RCT High Value offers two methods for capturing data about high-value homes.

Targets the majority of high-value homes and pre-populates fields with anticipated high-value home characteristics that can be easily edited to reflect actual building features. Standard Entry is designed to generate estimates at the point of sale quickly and easily.

Designed for the most exclusive, mansion-grade homes and provides experienced property inspection professionals the greatest flexibility in capturing detailed data.  With the capacity to capture homes in either vertical or horizontal sections, Advanced Entry provides the tools necessary to capture even the most complex structures.

As part of the RCT Suite of home valuation tools, RCT High Value integrates seamlessly with other RCT software components. RCT High Value can be deployed via a variety of options, including MSB Express™ (our Internet-based platform),  direct connection to your own legacy environment with MSB ExpressLync™, a Web services solution, and network or desktop installations.  RCT High Value also offers electronic integration with third-party databases and hazard information.
