MSB’s SafeGuard services ensure that your book of property business remains solid and secure, and help you achieve long-term profitability. Safeguard is an annual maintenance program that utilizes the MSB services that best fit your book-of-business management needs, including InFocus, InterChange, InterVue, and InSpect.

SafeGuard provides a flexible solution for identifying properties that may have changed and then executes an efficient validation process for those risks. An analysis by MSB’s InFocus data analytics can predict which properties, or what information within individual property records, may have changed.  In addition, as policy data ages we can design light-touch (inbound phone, mail or Web) policyholder contact methods to confirm property characteristics. In those years when customer contact is not warranted, MSB’s Residential Component Technology® is used at renewal to recalculate valuations for each home. This eliminates inaccuracies that are perpetuated by relying solely on indexing.
