However, managing a field inspection program takes significant time and resources. Only MSB offers a blended approach with different ITV remediation methods (InterChange data feeds, InterVue contact programs and InSpect on-site inspections) to optimize the ITV remediation and risk assessment process while balancing expense.

In addition, MSB co-manages the physical inspection process with you from beginning to end. During site surveys, we collaborate with your chosen inspection vendors to gather the comprehensive information you need. We capture data on interior and exterior components to produce detailed profiles and accurate valuations of each property.

In addition, InSpect utilizes MSB’s “total-component” valuation system. In the total-component approach, each property is valued based on its specific characteristics, rather than through inexact square-foot systems that rely on subjective “class” and “quality” judgments.

MSB’s InSpect service links with all our applications and integrates with other SightLine services that allow for customizing an ITV program that best suits your goals, objectives and budget. Regardless of the service level you choose, MSB provides a wide variety of delivery methods for the program results, from paper reports to Web-based media.

MSB’s InSpect offers multiple levels of service:

• Standard Exterior Dwelling– Provides a footprint sketch, details on exterior property characteristics, exterior photos and photos of additional hazards, and an underwriting analysis.
• In & Out – Provides all the features of the Standard Exterior Dwelling service plus details on interior building characteristics, photos of the building’s interior, and an underwriting analysis of the interior.
• High Value – Provides all the features of the In & Out service, plus a CAD-generated footprint drawing and additional detail on interior and exterior building characteristics unique to high-value properties.
• Commercial Loss Control – Provides customized loss control inspections based on the occupancy type and your specific requirements.
