Over the past ten years we have expanded our data expertise and technology platform into the international market in order to help our customers meet their changing business needs and target new global opportunity. MSB’s International Building Estimator (IBE) provides users the ability to develop valuations on commercial and residential properties for 15 countries. Designed for risk managers, loss control staff, and underwriters, IBE enables companies to effectively write more profitable business in the markets they serve by providing the data and insight necessary to fully assess property exposure.

IBE combines three methods of estimating — Calculator, Segregated, and Unit Methods — in one intuitive, automated program. By entering just a few building characteristics, users can quickly calculate building estimates. As more information is gathered, these estimates can be refined to increase the accuracy of the final estimate. IBE allows users to generate estimates on a wide variety of buildings, including mixed construction types, multiple occupancies, and sectionalized buildings. Additional costs can be added to the estimate to reflect important cost details such as specific exterior wall types, interior equipment and features, building systems, and more.

IntegriClaim Express

As with IBE, ICX creates building repair or restoration estimates based on local costs for countries in Western Europe. The program uses local currencies, as well as Euro/Dollar conversion where necessary, and supports multiple languages (English and French). The data for this detailed regional analysis is updated quarterly.
