MSB solves the problem of using multiple systems to handle one claim with ClaimsLync™. ClaimsLync provides a portal to seamlessly link users to all the systems your company uses to manage claims. This includes MSB’s IntegriClaim® suite of products— IntegriClaim, IntegriClaim Administrator™ and IntegriClaim Express™ (ICX) — and more importantly, to other back office systems that are essential to your claims operation.

ClaimsLync enables you to optimize your internal processes, respond to claimant inquires, or simply review a file. ClaimsLync’s consolidated view of claim data and common interface to different systems allows your adjusters and appraisers to find information quickly, perform their jobs more efficiently and deliver optimal service.

By providing a common interface with a consistent look and feel, ClaimsLync also reduces the learning curve for new claims staff. Additionally, ClaimsLync makes it easier for all users to navigate within the large information space of a typical claim.

Additionally, customizing MSB’s ClaimsLync for your own unique business strategy and systems environment is easy. ClaimsLync also controls access to underlying systems behind a common sign-on, simplifying and unifying your security environment.

Collaborative Process for Seamless, Secure Access

MSB works with you to simplify system integration and optimize your claims system’s attributes. The process starts with in-depth consultation to identify a process for searching and managing your claims. It continues as ClaimsLync utilizes your existing portal, or one developed for you by MSB, to enable a seamless and secure access to IntegriClaim’s suite of property estimating tools. ClaimsLync also enables your portal to be accessed by other claims systems to estimate and search claims and generate reports according to your internal process.

ClaimsLync also grants administrator-level capabilities to your system developers. This allows them to utilize many of the same commands used in IntegriClaim Administrator to create system data, reports and supplements and mark claims “Examiner Accepted” or “Rejected.”
