MSB offers classroom-style and Web-based training methods, both designed to help you maximize your investment in MSB technology and optimize your claim estimating process.Classroom Training: On-Site Training and Public Workshops
Whether you select customized On-Site Training or one of MSB’s Public Workshops, you will receive a successful learning experience from supportive and friendly instructors.
On-Site Training is a popular option for learning IntegriClaim at your own facility. Our training coordinator works closely with you to schedule On-Site training at a time that is convenient for you and your claims adjusters. For your convenience, we offer Basic and Advanced training sessions and can provide custom classes tailored to meet your specific needs.
Public Workshops are conduced in a small-group setting for a wide range of participants. For your convenience, we offer both Basic and Advanced training sessions.
Public Workshop Details
Public workshops begin at 8.30 a.m. and run to 4.30 p.m. with scheduled morning and afternoon breaks and a one-hour lunch break. Attendees are on their own for lunch. Training materials are provided. Participants attending a workshop will need to bring their own laptops with the MSB software installed and registered.
Dress is Business Casual and, out of respect for all participants in the training sessions, this dress code is strictly enforced.
Workshop registration will be accepted up to one day before the workshop, pending availability. Enrollment must reach a minimum of eight (8) participants in order for the workshop to be held, and each workshop will accommodate a maximum of 16 participants.
