Claims

IntegriClaim Basic

MSB Claims estimating software, IntegriClaim is based on the Windows operating system and contains four estimating modules: Residential, Commercial, Mobile Home, and Casualty. Within these modules are data entry screens, digital photography features, importable/exportable database features, and virtual reality estimating menus.  IntegriClaimmay also be used to send an editable claim, including digital photography, over the internet.  The training series will give you a quick start to writing claims with IntegriClaim. Class time: 16 hours.

IntegriClaim EyeQ Edition Basic

IntegriClaim EyeQ Edition is a knowledge-based system that enables property claims staff with varying degrees of experience to efficiently produce estimate work results across your organization consistent with those of the best claims professionals in the industry.  EyeQ features several core modules to meet optional interfaces that are fully scalable and customizable to meet your needs including an adaptable workflow, item assemblies, and a business rule engine.  This training series will help you start writing estimates quickly with EyeQ. Class time: 4 hours.

RCT-MMH

The RCT Express Main Street/MMH Course consists of the basic valuation process for both Main Street and Mobile Manufactured Homes within the RCT Express system, beginning with Administrative/user information/and technical support, creating a new valuation, to finding existing valuations.  Class time: 4 hours.

RCT HV

The RCT Express High Value course consists of the basic valuation process for homes over $650,000 or over $900,000 for pre-1930 homes within the RCT Express system, beginning with Administration/user information/and technical support, creating a new valuation, to finding existing valuations.  Class time: 4 hours.

BVS

This class will allow the user to enter in commercial and agricultural valuations within the BVS Express system.  The class consists of the entry of information to create both commercial and agricultural valuations beginning with the initial creation of the building, designating what occupies it through the creation of sections and finally verifying and modifying of materials used in the reconstruction of the building.  Class time: 4 hours.

Retail/Government

RCX - Repair Cost Express

Marshall & Swift's Repair Cost Express enables real estate agents, asset managers, property preservationists and others in the mortgage servicing industry to produce repair estimates based on the same continuously updated nationwide costs used by national insurance carriers and claims specialists.  This class will help start you on your way to producing repair cost reports with RCX.  Class time: 1 hours.

Green Specialist Designation Training Program

Because Green building is a rather complex and rapidly evolving market, it is vital to stay as current as possible. This two-day, in depth green training course will help you do just that. The course covers a wide range of topics including: Site and Design; Energy; Water; Materials; Indoor Environmental Quality; Maintenance and Operations; Green and Energy Efficient Mortgages; The Greening of the MLS; Green Appraisal Standards; Marketing and Branding Green; Tips on Greening Your Business.

This is exceptionally important information for any one that is responsible for defining Green and its applications. Attendees of this course will earn one of three designations at the successful completion of the course: National Green Valuation Specialist (GVS) Designation, Green Insurance Specialist (GIS) or Green Lending Specialist (GLS). Futhermore, this course will give approved CEU credits for appraisers in these states: CA, DC, LA, NV, NC, OR, TX and WA. Class time: 17 hours.
