When disaster strikes, MSB's Catastrophe Team helps to get your claims operation online quickly. We'll install and register our IntegriClaimTM field-estimating software for your staff and any additional adjusters needed to handle catastrophe claims. MSB's catastrophe support helps you manage the surge in activity in the aftermath of a catastrophe by providing:

  • On-site training classes and adjuster support
  • On-site, company-specific service and support
  • Extended technical support hours as warranted

Storm Database

Special releases of MSB's Total Component Cost DatabaseTM are accessible on our website after catastrophe losses exceed $25 million and labor and material costs fluctuate by more than 2%.

You'll begin by writing estimates immediately using your current version of the Total Component Cost Database. Once you import the newest catastrophe database into IntegriClaimTM, you can update estimates with storm pricing without reentering data.
